We got back on the wagon, for the most part. We petered out a little at the end of the week.
Friday, instead of running in the morning, we went to the waterpark at Carowinds. We walked a lot and swam a lot, so it counts as exercise, if not a real run. (And it was more fun.) Sunday’s run we ended up skipping because we did lots of other things (went to Batman, lunch then the grocery store, and Nate has to sleep in the middle of the day to transition back to his work schedule.)
